Holistic Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling
Metaphysical Counselling is an approach that uses Spiritual psychology. We live in a Universe of Infinite Intelligence permeating all existence. Our Spiritual Nature is one of total harmony, with this Intelligence. When unaligned we experience conflict and difficulties. Our work is to uncover these imbalances in the belief system, and through awareness and understanding help restore both mental and spiritual equilibrium to your life.
As Integrative Jungian Psychotherapist, I can help you to explore any issues from your past arising from childhood; or issues which you are currently NOW experiencing to reframe your present circumstances and help empower you through the transformative power of the inner journey to find wholeness. As a therapist, I create an atmosphere of safety and acceptance to your movement towards psychological balance, wholeness and harmony – Jung’s individuation process.
An initial assessment will look at issues you wish to explore and is an opportunity for you to ask questions about the approach and methods used. Initially six sessions of short term work are recommended,* which may be extended to longer term work, subject to regular reviews. I facilitate these sessions using an integrative approach between the psychological & spiritual, using my background of Psychotherapy and Metaphysical counselling, thus giving richer and wider experience. Spiritual healing can be incorporated into your sessions if so requested by you.
Fees: Initial assessment 30 mins Free Consultation for counselling discussion.
Costs: £45.00 for 1 hour session.
Discount for 6 sessions available paid in advance at time of 1st appointment.
In case of hardship please ask for details of low cost clinic fees which are assessed on an individual sliding scale basis for counselling sessions.
