Cynthia is a qualified energy practitioner with Diplomas in Energy Healing, Reflexology, Holistic Massage, Indian Head Massage, Stone Massage and NLP. She is also a Theta Practitioner. She has been an Energy practitioner since 2005
As an energy practitioner Cynthia works with an individual to help them to clear, balance and restore their energy to create physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health.
Her first experience of energy healing was when she received treatment for severe debilitating hay fever, which she had suffered from since childhood. After this treatment her symptoms went away, without any medication. She became curious about this therapy. Shortly after this, she chose to follow an energy healing course.
She is a graduate of the School of Energy Healing, (CMA member). The School was founded by two graduates of the Barbara Brennan (Hands of Light) School of Healing, based in Florida, USA. Where she learned techniques to balance and clear the human energy field.
Cynthia believes that the body is a storehouse of information; each physical ailment has an emotional story to tell. The mind-body connection can be triggered by both touch and attention. Her passion is to help others to clear and balance their energy to experience better physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health.
Cynthia has specific skills in offering reflexology for cancer and palliative care.
At Just Holistic Cynthia practices Energy Healing (Reiki, Theta & ...), Reflexology, Holistic Massage, Indian Head Massage and Hot Stone Massage.
